Transactional Excellence
I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that I oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.
With over two decades of experience in management and leadership, Tony’s career began in law enforcement. He served as a Lieutenant (Watch Commander) with the Irving, Texas Police Department and later as Chief of Police with the Celina, Texas Police Department. Tony’s dedication to servant leadership, putting others before himself, earned him the trust of the Celina community, who elected him to the Celina City Council.
Tony is also an Air Force veteran, having served with the Air Force Security Police, where he was honored with the Commendation Medal.
In between his law enforcement roles, Tony excelled in automotive sales, achieving regional and national recognition. His tenure at the Honda Auto Center of Bellevue brought him and his family to the Eastside, where his daughter attended Cougar Ridge Elementary and graduated from Newport High School. Tony’s roots in the Seattle area run deep, inspired by his grandmother who lived in Seattle and encouraged his move to the region.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management from Sam Houston State University.
Passionate about real estate, Tony has experience in both residential and commercial markets in Texas. He has successfully owned, leased, remodeled, and sold three rental homes. Now, as a proud member of the John L. Scott team, Tony brings his servant leadership and management skills to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
